A SURVEY by Cox Automotive Europe of 3000 used car buyers has revealed that the overwhelming majority are wanting simpler interaction with retailers with the various stages of the purchase ‘joined up”.
The survey also revealed a desire for the information displayed within the retailer’s website to be available in the showroom as well.
