Two people have been injured after a head-on crash caused one to plough into a tree with both cars ending down an embankment south of Brisbane this morning.
It is understood the crash occurred at the intersection of Logan Reserve Rd and Schmidts Rd about 7.30am.
The head-on collision reportedly caused one of the drivers to hit a tree.
A woman, believed to be in her 50s, sustained chest injuries but is understood to be in a stable condition.
