Up to 10 cars have been involved in a major crash on a Queensland highway just before 5pm on Thursday.
7NEWS understands two teenage boys, as young as 13, were allegedly driving a stolen car when the lead-up to the crash, which caused traffic chaos and left several people hospitalised.
