Isuzu D-Max recalled in Australia due to fire risk

A recall has been issued for more than 8000 Isuzu D-Max utes, due to a fire risk caused by an unsecured fuel line in the engine bay.


Isuzu has recalled 8039 examples of its 2021-2023 D-Max ute, citing a potential fault with a fuel line located in the engine bay.

The recall notice, lodged with the Department of Infrastructure, says: “Due to a manufacturing issue, the fuel hose may chafe against the engine oil level bracket and become damaged.
