Hyundai has responded to claims – including by the NSW Premier – that car companies are increasing the prices of electric vehicles to maximise profit after the introduction of taxpayer-funded government subsidies.


South Korean automotive giant Hyundai has refuted claims it and other car companies have increased the prices of electric vehicles after state governments introduced taxpayer-funded incentives intended to bring costs down.
