Bizarre dashcam footage shows the moment a woman runs laps around a T-boned car at a busy Brisbane intersection.
The silver Holden Commodore was travelling along Juliette Street in Greenslopes on October 19 at about 3pm when it allegedly failed to stop at a red light.
