A man has been charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle following an alleged incident in Virginia on January 23.
It will be alleged that around 3.45pm, a white Isuzu D-Max was being driven erratically along Sandgate Road before the driver passed a blue Mitsubishi ASX.
A short time later, both cars were travelling on Robinson Road when the Isuzu pulled into a car park, with the 32-year-old male driver then exiting the vehicle.
