A second KFC has been approved for Gladstone, alongside a car wash with a dog wash. See the plans.
Plans were submitted to Gladstone Regional Council in March 2022 for Collins Property Development for the mixed-use development at 20 Ballantine St, Clinton, and were approved in July.
The site is occupied by Gladstone Village Motor Inn, a 26 room single-storey motel.
