An elderly man has died in hospital after one of two pedestrian incidents in South East Queensland on Thursday.
The man was struck by a car on Blackwood Rd, Woodridge, at 4.30pm in front of shocked onlookers.
He was rushed to Brisbane’s Princess Alexandra Hospital in a critical condition with significant head injuries, but has since died.
“The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, a 23-year-old Woodridge woman, was not physically injured,” a police statement…
